week commencing:23rd November

This week we have continued our work with Goldilocks and the Three Bears. The children have been discussing how the different characters might feel and the reasons for this. They have been writing to the bears on behalf of Goldilocks to say sorry! In maths the children have carried on with learning about time. We have been reading and making clocks showing either an hour or half-past time and some children have begun problem solving with time. In PE we have continued with our gym, focussing on balancing, making shapes and rolls as well as looking how to end a move successfully. Our third design and technology lesson involves the completion of our project and the children are learning how to safely use saws and glue guns, amongst other tools to help them bring their designs to life.
